Boden: sehr kalkhaltig, sandig-lehmige Sediment Braunerde 
Ernte: 05. Oktober 2022
Ertrag: 35 hl/ha
Vinifizierung: Die Trauben wurden Anfang Oktober von Hand geerntet. Die Spontangärung fand im offenen Bottich statt und dauerte inklusive Mazeration 20 Tage, der Maischehut wurde mehrmals täglich von Hand untergetaucht. Nach dem Abzug von der Maische vollzieht der Wein im Edelstahltank den BSA und wird anschließend für 18 Monate in gebrauchten 500 Liter Foudres gelagert. Der Wein ist unfiltriert.
